If you receive an incorrect product due to a packaging error or if the product is damaged due to clear and obvious mishandling by the carrier, contact info@enumclawcandlecompany.com within 48 hours upon the delivery receipt of your package with photos of the product and packaging alongside the packing slip. Be sure to include a detailed description of damage or incorrect contents. We will review the claim within 3-5 business days. If validated, we will immediately send a replacement of the damaged product(s).

This candle brings back memories of a family road trip we took to AZ a few years ago- standing at Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument Park. I have been looking for that smell since I visited and regretted not buying any creosote salve . This candle smells just like those few hours we were there!
