• Hygiene and Safety: Once a candle has left our possession, we cannot guarantee its safety, purity, or hygiene, making it impossible to resell.

• Handmade Nature: Each candle is a unique, small-batch product, not mass-produced, making returns financially unsustainable for a small business.

• Quality Control: A final sale policy ensures that every customer receives a brand-new, untouched, and high-quality product.

• Price Sustainability: The policy is in place to help avoid the costs associated with return shipping, restocking, and potential loss of inventory, allowing us to keep prices lower for everyone.

If you receive an incorrect product due to a packaging error or if the product is damaged due to clear and obvious mishandling by the carrier, contact info@enumclawcandlecompany.com within 48 hours upon the delivery receipt of your package with photos of the product and packaging alongside the packing slip. Be sure to include a detailed description of damage or incorrect contents. We will review the claim within 3-5 business days. If validated, we will immediately send a replacement of the damaged product(s).
