If you receive an incorrect product due to a packaging error or if the product is damaged due to clear and obvious mishandling by the carrier, contact info@enumclawcandlecompany.com within 48 hours upon the delivery receipt of your package with photos of the product and packaging alongside the packing slip. Be sure to include a detailed description of damage or incorrect contents. We will review the claim within 3-5 business days. If validated, we will immediately send a replacement of the damaged product(s).

I received this “The Claw” complete set recently and I think it’s wonderful! I initially thought I would like the “Rodeo Nights” and “Plateau Winds”, but that I would gift the “Rainier Huckleberry” to my sister since fruity scents aren’t my favorite. However, now that I’ve smelled it in person I kept it and it’s become a new favorite! I recommend this set, the jars are gorgeous and they all smell fantastic. And the wick trimmer is so cool!
